Outback Bites

Still no ability to post photos.

But we enjoyed a tremendous traditional Outback dinner at Bo Jangles in Alice Springs.

The Outback Grill consisted of buffalo filet, grilled kangaroo skewers, emu sausage, camel steak and crocodile rissoule. It was delicious! I think kangaroo may be a winner. It is very tender and flavorful! Healthy eating will resume when we get to the coast.


Sips included Northern Territory Ale and Cascade Ale. Cascade may be the best we have tasted yet but all of the beer is tasting somewhat alike. Hopefully, we will find the microbrews at some point.
